CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
As a member of our customer relations team you’ll assist our clients with everyday transactions, from answering questions about coverage, to taking payments, writing new business, and sometimes just lending an ear in a difficult time. We care deeply about our customers because being an insurance agent means helping people make decisions that affect their finances, families and businesses.
Our administrators help keep our business running, including roles in helping to maintain our file systems, managing vendors and supplies, assisting in recruitment and managing human resources and bookkeeping. We’re always looking for creative, detail-oriented people to be the backbone of AAdvantage Insurance.
